Photographer's Note

Sumaging Cave is Sagada's largest among all its cave and its coined as "Big Cave" by the locals. As per our guide, the trek is a good 150m going down.
The initial decent was a muddy and slippery trail combined with steep rock formation. You would really need use your hands to move. Along the way, gorgeous formations of stalactites and stalagmites can be seen. They also call this cave as "porn cave" btw due to some formation shaped as genitals =)
Moving farther beneath would require one to go barefoot as the texture of the surface is rough and flat enough for clinging.
At the bottom, one would be surprised as a lot of natural water flows into the walls of the cave and there is even a pool that one can swim. The shallowest is until waist level and the deepest is at neck level.

Shooting was very difficult due to low light and tough steep trail. I even hesitated at first but I know its worth capturing such magnificent work of nature.
