Taken at 4am, when the galatic plane was orthogonal to the horizon, the Milky Way spanning almost vertically to the zenith. The fountain is located in the courtyard at Fort Ilocandia in Laoag City, built to house guests at Irene Marcos's wedding to Greggy Araneta.
