Photographer's Note

Tarsier or known as the Philippine Tarsier, considered the second smallest primate in the whole world next to Berthe’s mouse lemur.
The locals created a new sanctuary as Tarsiers are indigenous and considered to be endangered.

I was lucky enough to capture this specie awake as they are known to be nocturnal. Pardon for the branch, I guess this was my best image to show you this specie awake.

Bohol the tenth largest island in the Philippines located in the Central Visayas region. The province is a popular tourist destination with its powdery white sand beaches and world class resorts. The Chocolate Hills, numerous mounds of limestone formation, is the most popular attraction. Panglao Island, located just southwest of Tagbilaran City, is famous for its diving locations and routinely listed as one of the top ten diving locations in the world. Numerous tourist resorts dot the southern beaches and cater to divers from around the world.

Still unconfirmed but, they said that YODA-from starwars-was conceptualized under this specie. Will post a photo in the workshop, which shows a sleeping one-definitely looks like yoda. you judge. =)
