Photographer's Note
Anyone who has trekked in Nepal will recognise the calls of the Nepali kids on the trail. "Sweet", "bonbon", "one pen", "school pen" and from the budding entrepeneurs "rupee". This lot who I met on the trail out of Ghandruk see a lot of trekkers pass through so their sales pitch is more advanced. They spent five minutes chatting with us asking for their photos to be taken before they surrounded us and all shouted "rupee" at the top of their lungs. Fortunately with their little brothers and sisters weighing them down they had to soon give up their demands as we quickly lost them as we raced off along the trail.

The expectant / hopeful / quizzical looks on the kids faces are great. I like the framing which shows the environment around them as well. Only a single smiley for being tight with the kids !!

I like kids. In all my travels I try to take photos to every childs. I belive that they are the hope. And if I think about I discover that all the childs around the world are the same. Just childs, whit or without shoes. I'm sorry for my english, I hope you understand me.

Hi Richard.
Nice composition and also deep. The subject is good too and I like a lot this photo.
Maybe the colours are not the best possible, but it looks very good.
Regards.
