Photographer's Note
While waiting for the bus in Bago to take me to Moulmein I decided to take advantage of the Emperor Hotel's open roof and shoot some hazy landscapes. I opted for this mosque which was directly opposite the hotel. I like how the towers are in the middle and the trees surround the tops of them.
What I don't like is the lens distortion making the front tower look llike its leaning! Sadly I don't know how to correct this in PP so if some kind soul could show me, I'd really appreciate it!
I altered the levels and saturation a little and added a warming filter to give the colours a little extra glow as this was taken just after sunrise.

There is very good light in your picture.
This picture is telling that little town story, only one bike is moving on the street. Peacefull evening (or morning).
You sayd that you dont like front tower leaning. Have you been trying "perspective correction tool", and maybe correct only right side with that? So, that second tower is staying in original place?
Anyway, i think this is allright without any correction also.
Thanks Will

Hi Will!
The light you captured here is great and the photo is very well composed.Excellent POV from the hotel roof and a nice perspective at the mosque`s towers and the lonely person on the bicycle between them.

Hey Will
Nice pov. Good color and very sharp. Great light and the haze really sets the mood. Well done. Hope you are feeling better after the weekend in Seoul. Sorry we didn't get to hook up for a beer. Next time when the leg is mended for sure. Have a good one.

Will: I have a vague memory of the mosque - but not certain. Your image is finely crafted, fine details right down to the vignetted window scenes in the background. regards, c

HI Will,
Wonderful point of view and composition .. beautiful light ... the combination is subdued (even with the towers) and very thoughtful ..

It is a very nice shot and shows us that the minorities also have their temples in Burma society. I have seen a few mosques in Yangon and in Sittwe and they are also lovely. Your view from the hotel was excellent and the light/colours are very good in your picture. Well done.
Cheers,
Antonio
