Photographer's Note

As the sun sets at the Shwedagon Pagoda, a trick of light and lighting unfolds. The pagoda is a very deep gold colour, but cast into shadow and with the evening lamps beginning to illuminate the structure from below, the pagoda appears to take on a silvery-grey colour.
