Welcome to TE,
This is a nicely composed photo of people visiting the well illuminated pagoda a short distance away. I like that you included the woman sitting outside her house or shop. She provides a great foreground. Most people would probably have stepped forward a few metres to avoid her. That would have been a much less interesting photo.

Excellent night view, perfect exposure, fine details of the wat surrounding. I have never been in Burma, but I was twice in Thailand and Laos.
