Photographer's Note

The continuation from Inle lake festival. They are boat sailers, those are around 100 person in one boat, there are 12 escorting boat to the golden Caraway. Just before start of the procession, they gave me so relaxed and natural expressions.

Hello Takero,
A good vertical composition to capture the many smiling men on the tip of the narrow boat. The flowers and decorations in the background add extra colours, but the men's orange trousers attract the most attention.

They have spotted the intruder alright and all are eager to have the photo taken! The delightful bold colour is another attractive element of a very festive feel to this image. I think this event has provided you with lots of shooting ops and this is extremely a cheery candid shot. Great lens work, Congrats

I hope you took 1000 photos to share of Myanmar. Many like this. You must have a good way to elicit expression and positive reactions as you are photographing others. So cool the happiness and eagerness to be photographed and caught in time for us all to see. I wish them all happy and safe lives. TFS as always - David
