Photographer's Note

Inwa (or Ava) is an important place to visit, not very far from Mandalay. Ancient capital of Myanmar from the 14th till the 19th century, it still has many monuments that witness that period. When I got to this area a couple of kids noticed I had candies on my bag. I gave them a couple and, as if by miracle, when I reached another monastery, a few kilometres away, the kids there knew already I was the one who had candies - news run really fast in Burma - so my stock just finished in Innwa. This girl was not much interested in candies. She was really fascinated by cameras and she wanted to take photos. I found her photos when I was watching the photos of Kakku and I couldn't resist posting one. This is one of those photos I'm going to print and take with me next time I go to Myanmar.
