Event : Million Youth Assembly 2012 / Himpunan Jutaan Belia 2012

Million Youth Assembly is aprogramme that hold in conjunction with the National Youth Day 2012. The Million Youth Assembly is set to be among the 10 largest gathering of youths in the world with some 38 segments of activities spread over a 6km route and 24 booths put up for the five-day event.

The activities include recreation, performing arts, 4X4 international challenge, young entrepreneur, camping and jamboree, youth tourism exhibition, gadget world, Putrajaya Uptown, jobs fair and Chinese Cultural Village. (Source : The Sun Daily)

A group of new architectures in the background with camps at foreground. The youth participants who come from the outstation are stay overnight in the camp.

Hello Ally,
Your images are well taken minus the horizon level in this images being off kilter a bit. The inclusion of the military into what should be a week designated for the youth alone without their interference concerns me. Always a threat by their appearance, always a promise that their will always be war and not peace. In the hearts of youth is the strength to overcome, but what of their lost souls as they lie stained upon the grounds where they have sadly fallen, alone...?

The distance between the people and the buildings is giving depth to the composition. The point of view is showing the details and colors of the architecture of the buildings. The late afternoon light is enhancing the colors. Have a nice dya.

A very well balanced and beautiful image in respect of composition, color, viewpoint angle and DOF. The excellent depth of field is integral in presenting good details of the FG and also BG, and more importantly, allowing the great buildings to remain the focal point. The sum total is an image that allows the eye to wander around, but always draws it back to the buildings as the heart of the scene. Well done Ally

Beautiful view of the park with in preparation for the event. I can imagine the activities and energy. For now all seem quiet as they are getting ready. the view of the city skyscrappers is clear and wonderful. Beautiful light and colors, and good composition.

Very interesting article, which introduces us to three magnificent viewing these images. Undoubtedly the most prominent is this, above all for the wonderful modern architecture of the buildings that we see behind the stores kept the event, the group of boys, gives the proportions of the large space.
The light is splendid and it gives a bright and wonderful colors, very natural tones.

nice the view of the place that will taking place the Million Youth Assembly 2012,with the two Ws to complete the whole scenery.
I like the modern buildings that cover the backdrop with the goreground green to contrast perfect with the blue of the sky.

A lovely capture and pov, the famous landmark of Putra Jaya so well framed and nicely aligned. The blue sky makes the image stand out so well which really brings out the distinctive outline of the buildings, but your point of focus is spot on, pin sharp and the human interaction in stark contrast are fine addition.
