Photographer's Note
This doorway belongs to the Kek Lok Si temple. I find that Chinese influenced buildings and architectures are extremely amazing. Each tile and each pattern is carefully designed and made. Also, the colours of gold, green and red are usually used.
I took this picture on a rainy day. That's why the skies are dark behind.
I like this picture and I hope you like it too.
Cheers.

Strangely, the best time to get most detail or textures is after the rain or when the day is downcast like in your photo. The problem is, the mood it creates is just as down or depressing.
But if you wanted dramatic or impact, you have to get up close to this doorway, find something which tells a story and get it during the magic hour (an hour or so before sunset/ or after sunrise)
