Photographer's Note

The city hall (formerly known as the municipal offices) is the local government headquarters in the city of Georgetown in Penang. Built by the British, it now serves as the seat of the Penang island city council and was previously the seat of the Georgetown city council. The city hall is located at Esplanade road, overlooking the historic parade ground (the Padang) within the Esplanade. The building is also situated within Georgetown's Unesco World Heritage Site. Completed in 1903, the two-storey building combines Edwardian Baroque and Palladian architectural styles. The building was last renovated between 2004 and 2005. Although the city hall retains much of its original form, the original arcades or loggias on the ground floor have been enclosed with windows. Source : wiki

It reminds me a bit of the New York City Hall. You captured it well in difficult lighting, the many details are clearly seen from a good angle. Good exposure of all the white parts as well.
