"Little Children on a Bicycle" is the most famous mural by Ernest Zacharevic in George Town. rnThis artwork was put up in 2012 for the George Town Festival. Although the 2012 George Town Festival is over, people still go to visit the mural. The Little Children on a Bicycle mural is on a wall in Armenian Street, part of the Heritage Quarter in George Town. Despite its huge popularity (or partly because of it), in 2022 the wear and tear of 10 years shows a semi-deleted artwork in need dire need of repair. Like most mural artworks, this is very vulnerable to the natural elements, high levels of fossil fuel pollution and human touch.

Hi Alex,
This is just wonderful. Contrast between faded painting and the real bicycle is so interesting. I think I can see some painted details of a bike. I wonder if it looked much different when it was new.
