Photographer's Note
Hello friends in TE,
This shot was taken from a bridge in a fishing village of Kuala Kedah. It was close to sunset and the light showering the fishing boats and rustic houses was really appealing. The shot was taken with my Olympus OM-2N with expired Kodak Gold 100. The negative was scanned for TE.
Kuala Kedah, located on the coast about 12 km from Alor Setar is a busy fishing village and a paradise for seafood.
Beside Penang and Kuala Perlis it is a major port to the island of the legends, "Langkawi". From early morning on there are ferries leaving at least every hour, the last service is at 7.30 pm. If you are able to make a picture like you see on the right, you missed it and you have to stay over night in Alor Setar, because there are no hotels in Kuala Kedah.

Hi Jusni,
The sunset lighting really draws on the warm colors in this image. Good job on the sharpness it's not over done and excellent POV looking down from the bridge. Great job Jusni.
Best regards
Jason.

Hello Jusni!
Quite attractive and truly beautiful picture!
The level of sharpness is pretty suitable to this image! Exposure is correct, depth of field is good, colors are naturally beautiful, with a pretty good level of saturation! The pov was very well chosen and the composition is awesome, with those boats, the reflecting texture of the water and the typical local buildings in the bg!
TFS - congratulations!
Best regards,
Neyvan

Hi Jusni
Kuala Kedah is one of my favorite photo hunting destination as well, but I never managed so far a sunset or sunrise there. For the latter I'm possible too lazy or too much other things to do.
It's a very warm shot of the fishing boats and the reflection stimulated by the sun. Very good capture and execution
Best regards
Urs

hi Jusni
Film shooting :) Did you feel like 27 and 1980s again?
Perhaps I may think this is Kuching because we do have this kind of fishing boats and village houses.
Very well captured scenery with very good light and from a superb POV.
Well done.

Hello Jusni,
This is a fine capture of this maritime setting!
The environment is a bit exotic seen from my point of view, and I notice the boat design with high rising bows telling me they are used in open sea...
The light from a low angle adds warmth to the scene, a well planned composition with good details!

Hello Jusni
An attractive daily life scene. The setting sun is creating a nice effect on the fishing boats and the village houses. Perhaps could be very slightly sharper. Tfs, Marlene
