Photographer's Note

One of the key income earners of the small town of Yan is paddy. There are endless paddy fields just about 50 m or so from the sea shore. The wide irrigation canal is also the boundary to the sea. The climate is just right for paddy, as there is almost daily rain due to the nearby mountain range. It is very humid what is excellent for paddy cultivation.
