All Malaysians like their fish and chicken as this photograph of the wet market in the small town of Pendang shows. His chicken will be sold out within 2-3 hours, no worry. However chicken is not only eaten conventionally either deep fried or in curry, but also Western Fast Food style, in particular KFC is a gold mine in Malaysia. This year KFC will invest more 12 million USD to build and open 40 additional restaurants throughout the nation! By end of this year KFC will have 518 outlets in this nation of 26 million people!!!

Cette photo est presqu'un documentaire en soi. Elle n'ouvre pas l'appétit, mais nous informe et c'est là une grande qualité. Le boucher ne regarde pas la caméra et paraît plongé dans son travail. Deux conditions au succès du cliché.

lovely capture of this guy with the big knife. The Malays face is well shown here, and it is such a good thing to hear that you ventured into places like Pendang .
Good depiction of the small wet market.
