Tree Yellow, scientific name Gandaca harina distanti butterfly. Tree Yellow has its vein 7 on the hindwing originating from well before the end of the cell. After about 4 days of development, the pupal skin turns translucent as the development within the pupal case comes to an end. The yellow coloration and back borders on the forewing upperside are now discernible. The following day, the adult butterfly emerges from the pupal case.
