Photographer's Note

The Mekong River is the lifeline of millions of people and is essential for the region. I went on a two day cruise upstreams with some friends and we saw some great view. We also got to visit a village in the middle of nowhere and a cave that is supposed to be holy. It was packed with golden Buddha statues. This photo is from Luang Prabang, before we left the city there. Views like this contributed to making this an unforgettable experience.
