Trek "Aventure Nomade"
Day 14: lake Issyk Kul

This is another view of the canyon Ak-Say. You can see some hikers in the middle of this landscape, and the lake Issyk-Kol in the background.
It is the second largest lake in altitude after the Titicaca. It is 182 kilometers long and 60 kilometers wide (more than 6200 square kilometers). Its maximum depth is 700 meters! Its name means "hot lake". The water is a little bit salted, and it never frost even in winter. We had bath in the lake, and the water was at 20°C.
