Photographer's Note

This is Kanda Nishiki-cho in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo. In Kanda Nishiki-cho, many office buildings and stores stand in a row as commercial land, and two or more schools are seen. When we walk for a while, there is a secondhand bookseller town in Jinbōchō and there are many sporting goods stores and musical instrument stores towards Ochanomizu. This is the unforgettable place where I passed the college life for four years in 47 years ago. Also, the school which graduated relocated to other places, the old school building was carrying out demolition work. Although surrounding offices and commercial establishments had changed, an atmosphere of those days has not changed. There were in many coffee shops, mahjong shops, etc. where the students were going in and out in the intervals of the lesson in those days. However, these were disappeared in reason of the change at the time. It remained only the ramen restaurant of the street corner as a nostalgic. I took a walk for a while, and went back my home.
