Photographer's Note
Autumn leaves in waterfall basin "Mazeno Canyon" in Kumamoto, Japan. It was a little bit kind of struggle to get better place because many amateur photographers was there. "Mazeno canyon" is good for short time walking.

A wonderful photo to which the thumbnail doesn't do justice. The swirling water looked like a path. The contrast between the straight lines of the waterfall, the swirls in the pool, and the stillness of the leaves is interesting. Was it apparent when you were composing the image or did you see it only when the long exposure revealed it? Is there a drain that caused the whirlpool?
I find the blue spot to the upper right a bit distracting and might have removed it.
All in all, very well done.
Tfs,
Mark

Hiya
We have to open the thumbnail to discover the theme: whirling dead leaves on a small river with a waterfall in the back.Big color contrast warm/cold
Good use of the long exposure and large DOF to have a winning image

Hello Yosuke
Nice almost surreal image. A great image to study. I like the new fallen leaves with the wirl in the water. A great impression of life. A pro image for sure. ICHI BAN
