As usual, you've caught something very interesting. The trees in the foreground seem to be playing with each other, and there is still even darker trees visible behind. Nicely framed, well exposed to get the brightness.

Another from your trip!
Very nice. I like the curve formed by the two Complimentary colors of the leaves. Very unreal, which makes the picture so interesting. I think this picture has the following interest of composition:
- Patterns
- Complimentary colors
- Warm colors and hues
- Curves.

Great contrast in the photos.
I wonder that too. I went to Rikugien this weekend and saw there too, trees which look similar, but some still green, some changing and some changed.
