Photographer's Note

Golden Pavilion is one of the most famous tourist sights in Japan. It is situated on the outskirts of Kyoto. The two top floors of the Temple are covered in gold leaf. This is a side view of the Temple, which has burnt down on many occasions. The strolling garden provides many different views of the Zen Temple.
