Photographer's Note

The port of Kobe is a place that one cannot withstand at night. A great variety of illuminated buildings from the ferris wheel to the Oriental hotel up to the Kobe city center.

In the background there is the Kobe maritime museum, behind it the Kobe Port Tower. Reflections along the harbour are rare when it hasn't rained. Only this small well can be used as a small mirror, and only in the few moments, when the strong ocean winds do not blow along. When a typical Kobe night wind appears, it is even difficult to fix a tripod.

As you can see i tried to put a frame to the image, as i have been sometimes suggested for night shots. Enjoy!
