This is the building of UNITED NATIONS UNIVERSITY in Tokyo Aoyama. This is the work of Kenzo Tange who dealt with the design of Tokyo Metropolitan Government Office. If this building is seen on the fine day, it is arranged very much and is beautiful. However, it carries out overbearing expression suddenly at the time of twilight. It is the Tower of Babel completely!

For years I have tried to capture a Blade Runner feel to one of my Tokyo photographs - unsuccessfully. Little did I realize that I ride past this potential subject twice a day.

This is a good photograph not only because of the good framing and subtle tones (love that misty sky), but also because you have made me look at something very familiar in a different way.

Subarashii, ne. Arigato gozaimashita.

Impressive shot and it definitely reminds of Blade Runner, first of all because of the sky, I think.

Shame on me, I did not watch Blade Runner. However, your pic made me think about a drawing of comics books. Very pleasant feeling about it. I like it Souya !

DISCLAIMER: First critique.
This is an awesome shot! The building reallt stands out even with the low contrast between it and the sky. I also like the pale glow of the lit windows...Only the other buildings bring it 'back to reality'.

Nice night shot. And you managed to give this building a fearsome look! The sky seems that came out from another planet. I like the sci-fi atmosphere in this photo.

Good composition.
