Photographer's Note

Our Japanese friend took us to a Shabu Shabu restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo.

Here the chef thinly slices meat which we will cook by swishing the slices in a pot of boiling broth. Then we will dip the meat and vegetables in a variety of sauces and eat. Delicious.
