Photographer's Note

A month before the Japan trip we all got excited about, Sumo Wrestling and Yaketori. We went to a nice Yaketori place the night we arrived, but it was the final weekend for Sumo. Our first few attempts in buying tickets online and at 7-11 failed. Finally we got a letter in Japanese from our Hotel and took it to 7-11, and this time we got the ticket. Our seat was on second floor at the very last few rows of seats and still we paid about $35. Those seats close to the refs costs about $90. Turnoment goes for 15 days and it has a lot of rituals. Each day games start at around 10 by the match among amatures, and then semi professionals, and finally at around 4 pm tit is time for pros. Not knowing this we eneded up spending the whole day in there, but it was worth it. Another memorable day.
