This photograph is scenery from Tokyo metropolitan government.
It is Shinjuku Central Park to see before my eyes. A very small people enjoying the blossoms are seen.
The height of the observatory in Tokyo metropolitan government doesn't suffice for 250 meters that are the heights of the observatory in Tokyo Tower. However, the observatory in Tokyo metropolitan government is free, though 1500 yen is necessary to go up to the observatory in Tokyo Tower.
If you wants to look down at the town in Tokyo, Tokyo metropolitan government is more recommended than Tokyo Tower.
