3/18 Taxi driver

Japan has a high volume of taxis compared to other Europe’s countries or even U.S.A., making relatively easy to hail a cab if you can spend the money. The rear left doors of cabs open automatically by the driver, eliminating any need for the passenger to touch the handle. And all the taxi drivers always wear white gloves!

I made this picture in Shinjuku by night using my TRIPOD and focusing the taxi that was stop in front of me and choose low shutter speed of my camera (1 sec) : you can see the other cars moving behind the taxi. I put aperture of f16 in order to focus the buildings behind and the most important I used a wide-angle lens and I closed as much as I can to the taxi while the taxi driver was looking at me as I was an alien from another planet ;-).
