Woaa!! this one is really nice!!
the composition is good and the colors are nice. The pattern of light in the sky give a very good mood on your picture.
You made a good exposure for the sky, but the water is really dark. You could light it up with some post-processing. One way would be to take your picture in a raw file and develop it into 3 different exposures to have a wider dynamic range, which would give a correct exposure all through the picture. Or you use photoshop to level the exposure at the bottom (applying a mask on the sky). If you need more info on these suggestions, just ask me.
