Photographer's Note

This photograph is taken a passage near the nearest station. The hot day continues this summer also. It is over 33 degrees even in Tokyo in the daytime every day. Even if I sometimes walk along a town, a figure is seen not much. Except office workers, probably they are air-conditioning and resting at home. On the other side of the passage, those who are watering the passage before a house with the hose were seen. Watering is the customs of Japan from ancient times which scatters water to the outdoors, such as a yard and a road. There is an effect of pressing down dust such as a road in watering. And, it also is used to take coolness in order to use evaporation heat in summer. In fact, It is said to be desirable to scatter with water on the yard or the road which is not paved at the time of morning and evening which is not hot.
