Photographer's Note
The Kanto region is does an end of the rainy season and faces the coming in summer in full scale. This photograph is what in Komagome Station of JR Yamanote line taken in the vicinity. The station is placed and it exists on the borderline of Kita Ward and Toshima Ward just. When it is from this position, the railway track and the train look good. It goes out to the plaza around the station when here is a slope with some inclinations, and it finishes going up on the slope. People who walked on the slope seem to have become tired because this day was a hot day.
(p.s.)
The power saving plan was executed more in full scale July 1 in Kanto and Tohoku, and 15% reduction was obligated by a big customer in a factory and a large-scale office, etc. Power saving is being demanded also by other small sum customers excluding the hospital and the refuge, etc. Kanto and the Tohoku region have depended on nuclear power for about 20% of the electric power up to now. Now, because the alternative energy of nuclear power cannot be immediately secured, it seems can do nothing but surpass it by power saving. However, it is the one that an unexpected accident happened.

Hi dear Mikio.Very informative POV- we can see how steep some of the roads must be and on a hot day they must seem even steeper for those on foot. Interesting note about power reduction due to Fukushima, something about which we haven't heard much here.Regards. Klaudio.

Hello Mikio,
A simple, but intriguing daily life shot. It says much. Without needing anything special really, the whole composition adds up and it works. A great slice of life from Kanto. (Might have preferred a less tight crop on the right maybe, not sure...)

Hello Mikio,
really the day must be very hot with the people to try to walk in the street. The train as i see follow the incline of the road, with the high fence to creates depth and perspective in the shot.I like the light and the colour management as this good snapshot of the daily life of the city.
Regards,Danos

Hi Mikio,
the hot of the day faced on the walking men and woman,as walking in the road with a sensation of exhaustion.A good reportage shot from the surroundings of Tokyo, where the train is passing by and have the same tilt with the road.

Hi Mikio
I like your simple image depicting the streetscene here but not cluttered thus focus of attention is paid on the central figure. The lady cought my attention
with effective engagement, that speck of vivid red pulls the eyes in and make this picture stronger. Good compositon with great depth afforded by the fence in excellent clarity, color tones and general contrast.
Best regards

Hi Mikio
I have always wanted to visit Japan, and if i do, i'd like to visit a place like this.
it seems so photogenic with all the train tracks and wires.
smart use of the height and long length of the road and rails. its a scene that looks like it goes on forever and ever.

Hello Mikio,
taken this photo with view downhil;l's, but show people climbing uphill, on a summer day, seem as no easy-task here.
Fine clear shot, the RR tracks lead the far side view, with good DOF collected.
Have a nice new week,
Ike
