Photographer's Note

This photo was taken in Yokohama Chinatown. Although Chinatown is very colourful and usually busy, I found a building a bit off the busy parts with a few people in front. I found the B&W version of the image more interesting than the colour one... I believe most photographers would like to see the colourful Chinatown, but I chose to swim against the current.

Post edit:
Increased vignetting, contrast, clarity, decreased exposure on the entire image but increased the exposure in the centre (masking).

More about Yokohama Chinatown;
Yokohama Chinatown is the largest Chinatown not only in Japan but also in Asia (larger than Chinatowns in both Kobe and Nagasaki) and it is one of the largest in the world.
