Photographer's Note

After visiting the batik workshop, we visited the luwak's farm. There we could see the luwaks (poor animals in cages) and to see how the coffee is made and to taste it. As I have written already, the way this coffee is produced is not acceptable for me. But there was also tea and it was delicious. But the garden there was beautiful - the lush vegetation as everywhere in Bali and nice sculptures scattered around.

Usually, Bali is regarded as a very touristy place. But maybe of the coronavirus, there were very few tourists. We saw mainly locals. The only place with more Western tourists was Ubud, known from the movies with Julia Roberts.

Best seen in large format, in a new tab.
In Workshop 1 - another view.
In Workshop 2 - for Luciano, how the coffee is prepared.
