A gret photo. Maybe not the best quality but i like the way that woman look. I wonder what was she thinking when you took that picture...

I prefer it with this background - the lighting is more consistent. You could still widen it to the square format - it's much easier to add more black!

I was reluctant for your first posting, the interesting main subject being weakened by the background. This presentation works much better and the colors are really jumping out of the screen. Perfect surrounding to enhance this beautiful portrait and concentrate the attention on the rich details. Very good you posted again!

I also prefer this original version of this photo, the black backround makes this woman stand out better.
This is a nice portrait with all the colors this woman is wearing. I like that we clearly see her wrinkles and the expression on her face

You capture a great face in a great pose (not looking into the lens, concentrating on something to the side. Lots of very good color. The black background works well to set off of the color.
A bit more DOF would have brought the flower into focus, important in this image. I'd try some selective sharpening and darkening on the flowers, even adding in a few discrete sharp lines to make the flowers appear sharper.

Nice portrait of a good looking old woman. I like the softness of this shot, but at the same time I would lile it to be sharper.

Nice portrait Lyke but could've sharper. background is okay for me if not very lively. but the resolution definately has to be improved or it ruins such great pictures. it's still very good to me.

Nice shot- wonderfull expression!
It's amazing how much the Tibetans can look like American natives.

Great portrait! I know people have said about the w=qaulity, btu I know how hard it is to reduce the image to 200kb and keep the quality...The art of the photo taking is far more important than quality! Well done!

Bonjour Lyka,
Très grand portrait, très recherché dans la mise en page,la qualité du détail,l'éclairage.Mais la pose du modèle reste extrêmement naturelle, ce n'est même pas une pose, mais une expression parfaitement authentique.
Du grand art
