Kerala - Kochi - Street scenes

In Kochi I stayed in the district Fort Kochi, just as almost everyone else.
By auto rickshaw I went to the Mattancherry Palace in the district with the same name.
After visiting Mattancherry (there’s also the Pardesi Synagogue built in 1568 but I don’t have good pictures of it) I walked back to Fort Kochi.
A walk where I had ample opportunity to photograph interesting street scenes.

I have no idea what the large mural on my main photo means.
But the colours in the late afternoon sun and the many details of the face made the view eye-catching.

In the WS two pictures about the life of a human beast of burden.
