Photographer's Note

Adina masjid, built during 14th century by Sultan Sikandar Shah, is one of the biggest mosques in India. Its plan is similar to the Great Mosque in Damascus. The total size of the mosque is 524' X 322'.The Prayer Hall is very large, divided into parts .

I took this photo on our way out when the Mosque closed to the visitors in the evening. These two young girls were very likely oblivious about the hour for closing as they were in frolics for quite some time.
