Photographer's Note
Main Market of Pushkar.
Both sides of the street have ancient temples. The famous Pushkar Lake is at right side. This is the right time to market and enjoys when local people are very less even in compared to the foreign tourists.
Each year in the Hindi Month of Kartik (between October-November) the annual Pushkar Fair with a Cattle fair is being held here. The fair attracts lacs of people from around the country.
At that time this main market is filled inch-by-inch with pilgrims and tourists.
The shot was taken in the full sunlight. The problem was that dark part of the street was very dark while upper part of temples was over exposed. I came out of the problem with repeating contrast masking and eliminating purples fringing at below part and blue fringing at upper parts.

Your pictures of Pushkar send me down the memory lane, Rakesh. How mant times I have walked this street long long time ago on my numerous visits to this wonderful place. I still own certain souvenirs I procured during Pushkar fairs.
The street as of today looks livlier to me with so many readymade clothes on display. And Internet too!
Great image.

Hi Rakesh,
Nice shot here...and a great descriptive note...there seems to be a blonde haired woman walking in the traditional regional dress...speaks well for its tourist influx.

Hi, Rakesh!!!
Colors, colors, colors... Strong composition of well arranged details. You manage POV in way when one side is in sun another in shadow,- that is best in scene!
My best regards,
Ivars.

Hi Rakesh, you've captured the current atmosphere of the Pushkar street, in great quality. It amazes me to find a couple of signs in Hebrew (on left). Thanks and regards, Daniel

Hi RAkesh,
Nice capture of this busy bazaar. I like this POV with less people since we can admire the stores with the products exposed. Great light an nice colors.

Hi Rakesh!
It's a fancy multicolored place, so typical of the Orient. I like the atmosphere - my country is at the very border between the East and the West and these sights are very pleasin to me.
Good sharpness and very delicate PP!

Hello Rakesh
Cheap clothes, foreign tourists, well you've shown Pushkar as it is now...a tourist destination. The shade hanging from the top has helped you from the harsh sun...
Regards
Angshu
