Photographer's Note

Gol gape is the north Indian name of this dish and in Maharastra it is is known as Pani Puri means water (containing lot of spices and bit sweet and sour) filled in fried pan cake. I think Mr Henk will not relish it ha ha ha as most of the foreigners don’t like spicy Indian food as it burns their taste buds, if they take spicy food they get the taste twice ha ha ha means at the entry and exit points of the gut but thanks to Mr. Henk who edited this spicy photo which was taken by me while roaming in Jodhpur bazaar on my way to Jaesalmer.
