A nice capture, Subrata! I like the contrast of the colorful subjects agains the almost mono-chromatic background. My compliments!

I like how the picture shows the movement of man and animal. Perhaps it would be possible to emphasize this even more, if you focus more on there two by croppiong the picture somehow. I don't know how. You may experiment.
