Photographer's Note

The Indian Army was founded by the British to help the colonists expand their colonial rule in the Indian subcontinent and for expeditions in Afghanistan and Tibet. The soldiers of Indian Army are trained fighters in extreme terrains of Himalayan glaciers, arid Thar desert and tropical dense forests.
The majority of the military men comprise of the brave Sikh community of Punjab, in northern India.
