It's a beautiful portrait Ashit, with a nice diagonal composition. The close range emphasizes of course the make up, but also the expression, fierce eyes and almost angry mouth. It's a striking face.

Please, it would be nice if you added a note for your picture. Your explanation to Claude would have been great as a note so that everybody would see it. Remember that TE's aim is to "learn the world through photography".

It's a very promising first posting. I hope you have a great time on TE. Welcome!

Hi, Ashit, IMO, you have maybe the best shot of the week. It is a literally attractive image, that you took masterfully, everything comes out naturally from the red saturation to the blood-shot eyes, and if the veil is slightly over-exposed, It's just extraneous to the shot. Bravo, I hope you have more in stock.

Downside: no note :-(.

this is a pretty good portrait ashit...
but i'm not very keen on the cropping here..
i think i would have liked it more if you had zoomed out a bit getting more of his head and the white cloth covering it.
you've got a great red over here though

The nearly uniform red is in contrast with the nearly unifor white.

Génial comme photo, il y a quelque chose de spécial dans ce regard. J'aime bien la prise de vue avec l'arrière qu'on ne voit presque pas et qui est flou, ça découpe bien le voile. C'est vrai que j'aurais aimé avoir une description.
