Photographer's Note

Surrounded by forest, this is one of Goa's most attractive temples. It is oriented on a NE to SW axis, with the entrance, left in the photo, to the SW. There is a sacred tank SE of the compound a short distance away. The relatively small deepmal on its own platform features a large lotus blossom near the top. The pastels are a delight to the eye and the grounds are most pleasing as well. I could not resist uploading a second view! This was the fifth stop on our day tour, and our stomachs were starting to growl thinking of food.
