Photographer's Note
Thinnai - its the front portion of the traditional south indian (Tamil) house. In olden day, when people use to travel to places by walk or on tamed animals, this Thinnai will server as a sit out & relaxing place for any strange traveler. It is seen as the symbol of hospitality.
And of course, owner of the house with also sit with his kith & kins chitchatting.

Hi Sujatha and welcome to TE. your image cought my attention because of the lovely warm colours. Looking better at your image i see that you had a little problem with the light exposure and that it is titeld. With some PP work you can correct it.
