Photographer's Note
She is a mother who attended one of free surgical camps in the rural areas. Deep in the rural part of India, she came with her kids having cleft lip for corrective surgery. Her attire is part of daily life and though poor, some of them take good care of themselves. The tribe known as Lambadas are usually colorful in attire and enjoy life.
