Photographer's Note
Mussoorie has got to be one of the most balanced hills stations in India. The journey (from Dehradun) is not back-breaking. One has enough of activity on the Mall road. Yet the Camel's Back road affords a priceless serenity. There is the Doon valley for those who love them. There are the mighty peaks (seen from Camel's Back, and Gun Hill) for the rest. There's shopping, there's history, and then there's the long tiresome walk up to St. Paul's Church at Landour. Not to mention, waffles and maple syrup at the Chardukan.
