Fishing Behind the Taj, a photo from Uttar Pradesh, North

Photographer's Note

One early morning on the banks of the Yamuna River, I was attempting to capture as many photos as possible of the sun rising over the top of the Taj Mahal.

Getting there early, I was able to watch the river bank come to life.

I snapped this photo and immediately felt like I'd captured a favourite.

Hi Samuel, This shot is real nice indciating tranquility of the morning. The morning seems to be misty though. Nice POV. Nice balance and nice catch. Thanks for sharing a cool picture.
