From the ruins, a photo from Jammu and Kashmir, North

Photographer's Note

I found this old man on my way to Zanskar. He is actually a mountain nomad who travells from mountain to mountain from valley to vally in search of food & shelter.
"From the ruins" - actully depiction of the life of this mountain nomad. The wrinkles on the innocent face reflecting the time which has contribution in its evolution.

Initially taken in color but i thought to convert it in Black & White at time of shooting only. With a little of photoshop.....here is....the SOUL..."FROM THE RUINS"

Excellent portrait de cet homme des haute montagne plus de 4000m, ce pays difficile d'accés garde son originalité. Merci et le N&B est meilleurs que the coulour.
