Photographer's Note

Dear friends,

I shoot it at the first week of July when I traveled from Kargil to Leh. The is a massive view point and I used my ultra wide angle lens Tokina 11-16mmm f/2.8. Leh is the capital of Ladakh district. Actually my journey started from Srinagar by road and the Day 01 I reached at Kargil and next day to Leh. The view is the famous confluence of two rivers, Indus and Zanskar at Nimmu near Leh.

Nimmu is a beautiful valley that marks the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar River. The Indus River drains the dry and deserted terrains of Ladakh's landlocked valley and serves as its lifeline. Zanskar, on the other hand, is a tributary of this river and merges into it from the north-eastern direction. On its way to the meeting point, the river passes through the spectacular Zanskar Gorge, which is a dream destination for trekkers.

I got an opportunity to shoot the spectacular view.

best of all,
