Photographer's Note
This is a paddy field in Bengal. A village in Bengal.
The lady-farmer with her two daughters doing duty in the field. Their honest cool faces show how assiduous they are in their job. The village people here mostly are warm and cultivation is their main-stay. I quickly captured their warm faces on duty. They complied with my request looking at my camera.

Hello Altaf
Having looked through your gallery I am a bit curious as to why you have not received more comments and critiques than you have. Your photos could need some work, but you have potential.
I found this photo to stand out from the others. Good clear colors and contrast and an interesting subject.
I would suggest a tighter crop, removing the disturbing elements of the background. Because I see potential in this photo.
